Aldrin Ballesteros

Aldrin Ballesteros is an Associate at Verado Consulting and a member of the Mexico Dialogue at the Inter-American Dialogue. He previously served as Communications Manager at the Wilson Center’s Mexico Institute, where he led strategic communications and public engagement for U.S.-Mexico policy initiatives.

Aldrin has held roles in congressional offices in Washington, D.C. and his home district of El Paso, Texas, and contributed to projects through the U.S. State Department’s Virtual Student Federal Service (VSFS). He formerly served as Director of Operations at BM Transportation and now acts as Managing Partner at BM Group, a boutique asset management firm.
